HOT CHOCOLATE FONDANT

Ingredients - Serves 6

100g Butter 100g Chocolate 50g Caster Sugar 4 Eggs 80g Plain Flour ½ tsp Baking Powder

Heat oven to 180c or equivalent.
Melt together the butter and chocolate then add the sugar.
Whisk the eggs.
Sieve the flour and baking powder into a bowl.
Add the whisked eggs to the chocolate and beat together.
Softly fold in the sieved flour.
Place mixture into buttered ramekins and put into pre-heated oven for 12-15 minutes.

Serve with Devon Clotted Cream
